These are the "Noseys" - solid redcoats who would stand firm at Quatre Bras and Waterloo. Disciplined, tenacious and entirely volunteers, they had great confidence in themselves and their officers and held the decisive line all day long against a brave and determined enemy. These plastic figures can be painted as British Line and Guard Regiments or as the Royal German Legion. With a small modification, they can also be portrayed as the brave blue-colored Belgians. Each unit includes a colonel on horseback and a 9-pounder battery of the Royal Artillery to engage the enemy from long range with a hail of gunfire and shrapnel. To keep the enemy skirmishers at bay, they are accompanied by the famous riflemen, all of whom are snipers.
This plastic set contains enough models to form a complete brigade of three 80-man British line infantry regiments, a 60-man 95th Rifles regiment, a 3-gun Royal Artillery 9Pdr battery and three mounted brigade commanders.
The models are delivered unassembled and unpainted.
