A few years have passed since the Martians attacked Earth in HG Wells' " War of the Worlds ", but were defeated thanks to weaknesses in their biological adaptations. Now they return aboard a gigantic world ship and this time humanity won't have such an easy time of it!
"War of the Worlds: The Second Wave" is an asymmetrical expert game for 2 expert players aged 10 and over by author Denis Plastinin. The Martian player attempts to completely wipe out humanity, the Human player just has to hold out long enough to force the Martians to retreat again...until the next wave of invasion!
