In the world of the living, executioners are tasked with ending lives, often with a blow of an ax or a noose. Executioners in the Mortal Realms who knowingly kill the innocent as well as the guilty attract the gaze of Nagash and, upon death, assume the ghostly form of the Lord Executioners. Each carries a Great Executioner's Ax and is tasked with using it to end the lives of heroes, champions, kings and anyone who defies Nagash's law. He is constantly haunted by the ghosts of the innocent people he has judged throughout his life - ironically, they also protect the Executioner from danger, but not out of good nature, but because they are unable to escape.
This multi-part plastic kit contains all the parts needed to build Liekeron the Executioner, a Nighthaunt Lord Executioner. Liekeron, a dark, crooked spirit whose appearance is part corporeal and part ghostly, hovers menacingly over a broken tombstone. His skull-like face can only be glimpsed beneath his tattered habit. In his right hand he holds a large executioner's axe, which is chipped and worn from constant use; his left hand can either hold an hourglass filled with grave sand or point to his next victim. He is surrounded by 3 enraged ghosts, the screaming souls of those innocents who were unjustly executed by the Executioner during his lifetime and are now bound to him forever.
