Stalingrad, 1942. A grueling conflict lies ahead on one of the most important battlefields. As bullets and bombs tear the city apart, you try - using only your wits and bravery - to take the cornerstone of the entire Eastern Front and change the course of history.
A heavy burden rests on your shoulders. Every loss you suffer in battle weakens your forces for the entire campaign. Every bomb explosion and every mortar shell further reduces the ground you are fighting over to ruins. Every inch you lose to the enemy brings you closer to the brink of defeat.
