ProCreate modeling clay 90 gr

Procreate modeling clay (90gr.) is a new generation of putty made from two specifically formulated component epoxy resins to help professional artists work on carved and sculpted miniatures. Like all epoxy putties, as you mix the two components it will harden gradually. Read the manufacturer's enclosed sheet for more details about the blend percentages.

This epoxy putty has a fine grain-free consistency, making it easy to mix, shape and smooth the resin to obtain extremely fine details. Its grain is almost like that of polymeric clays with slightly poorer adhesion to the green putty, which also means that the material adheres less to the tool in use.

The material has a “short-term memory” that has a natural tendency to return to its original shape when the modeling clay is stretched.

After hardening, the modeling clay takes on a gray color, which helps to avoid perspective and proportion problems.

Modifications in the process at room temperature:

• Store excess mixed Procreate putty in the freezer to stop the curing process.
• Place the Procreate putty under a lamp (95ºF / 35ºC) to speed up the hardening process.
• The finest sections will harden more slowly.
